2012-2013 Officer Team
Congratulations to our new 2012-2013 Officer Team! We are excited for another great year in FFA. This year's president is Benjy Smith, with Danny Menlove and Julie Cook as Vice Presidents, Kody Roney as secretary, Ashley Zweifel as Treasurer, Ashlee Rowberry as Sentinel, Lani Wilkinson as Historian, Jaycee Raulston as Reporter, Katie Packer as Activities Chairman, and Austin Stilwell as Chairman.
CDE Contests
CDE (Career Developement Event) Contests were held in Logan, Utah on April 24th and 25th this year. Provo had teams in Floriculture, Horse Judging, Livestock Judging, and new teams this year in Ag Mechanics and Meats, as well as participating in an event new to Utah, Veterinary Science. All of our teams did very well this year, and we even had a high individual placing by Julie Cook in Horse Judging.

Come see what Provo FFA has to offer. Activities like softball, skeet shooting, pumpkin carving contest. Trips to Utah State University, Denver Livestock Show, Snow College, Richfield, National FFA convention, Indianapolis, Indiana. Pay your dues in the Provo High School Business Office, $18.00. For more information talk to a Provo High School FFA Officer or Mr. Fredrickson in room D1-16. Come learn about and participate in Agriculture!

Congratulations!
We just finished area contests this last week at Maple Mountain High School. Our chapter had two competitors this year: Erica Christensen in prepared public speaking and Julie Cook submitted her SAE project in equine science and won. Congratulations to Julie who will now be representing our area at state, and good job Erica.
